职位描述：

·        为客户提供行业职业规划、目标行业/企业/岗位的面试笔试辅导

·        帮助客户掌握行业知识、提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出

·        针对性地帮助客户制定针对目标行业/企业/职位的求职策略

任职资格：

·        本科及以上学历，5年以上某行业领域一线名企工作经验，精通至少一个行业领域

·        具有海外工作或教育背景者优先，具有招聘工作经验者优先

·        具备优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识

·        乐于并善于沟通和分享，逻辑思维缜密

·        具有亲和力，较强的责任感、敬业精神与职业道德操守

CareerConsultant (Targeted Industry)

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        CareerDevelopment/Consultation: Support the clients in attaining their career andprofessional goals by providing career advices, interview training and mockinterviews

·        Dealdirectly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels

·        Provideindividual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options

·        Assessindividual career development needs, providing clients the skills necessary to makebetter career decisions and take effective actions

·        Maintainknowledge and awareness of industry trends

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above

·        At least5 years working experience in tier 1 companies

·        Overseaseducation or work experience is highly preferred

·        Experiencein recruiting or training is highly preferred

·        Passionfor a challenging and rewarding consulting career

·        Stronginterpersonal skills and proven team player

·        Convincingcommunication skills in English and Chinese
