人事专员

职位描述:

·        根据公司发展需求,协助制定招聘目标及岗位说明书

·        拓展和维护招聘渠道,发布职位需求信息,搜集并筛选简历,安排并参与初面,出具综合评价意见

·        协助用人部门完成复试工作,与拟录用人员进行待遇沟通,安排入职流程

·        跟踪和评估人才使用情况,为招聘制度和流程的优化提供合理化建议

任职资格:

·        本科及以上学历,3年以上人力资源或猎头工作经验

·        有招聘、绩效、员工关系等模块经验者优先

·        熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策

·        熟练使用办公软件及人力资源管理软件

·        具有较强的沟通和协调能力,执行力强

HR Specialist

Principal Responsibilities:

·        Collaboratewith different departments to understand their hiring needs and goals, and todevelop, implement, and execute the overall recruiting strategy

·        Useadvanced and creative candidate sourcing approaches to find and attract toptalents

·        ImplementHR solutions and practices based on business needs.

·        Compileand analyze human resources process metrics, analyze results and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above in HR related majors

·        Consultativeand interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of theorganization as well as externally

·        Analyticalskills

·        Proficientverbal and written communication in both Mandarin and English

·        Proficientin Microsoft Office (Excel) will be a plus
