产品研发经理/产品研发助理

职位描述：

·        负责产品架构及内容的设计、研发和持续优化

·        收集整理行业资料，研发课件，编写教案及教辅资料

·        及时更新课程资料内容，保障内容的高水准及实效性

·        跟踪实施效果，收集客户反馈，持续推动产品优化，提升客户满意度

任职资格：

·        本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源/猎头/留学/教育培训/咨询行业工作经验

·        擅长产品体系设计与策划，有培训课程设计经验者优先

·        较强的英语听说读写能力，英语六级以上或有留学经验优先

·        文字功底扎实，熟练运用PPT等办公软件

·        优秀的团队合作意识，逻辑思维能力和创新能力

·        工作认真细致，注重细节，对数据敏感

Product Design Manager/Assistant

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        Designand optimize product architectures and contents

·        Analyzemarket trends, identify and understand the opportunity and problem

·        Developand execute product strategies to promote existing products

·        Acceleratenew product landing, adoption and growth

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above, at least 5 years working experience in recruiting,headhunting, training, or consulting related area

·        Overseaseducation or work experience is highly preferred

·        Outstandinganalytical and conceptual skills

·        Stronginterpersonal skills and proven team player

·        Convincingcommunication skills in English and Chinese
