市场经理

职位描述:

·        负责公司对外合作的运营管理,发展与协同企业和合作伙伴关系(政府、重要客户等)

·        基于业务与市场目标,制定线下及线上活动的整体计划,预估并调配相应内外部资源,推动各活动有序高效的实施

·        制定活动方案,带领与推动跨部门项目组依据计划在内容、组织与公关等各方面有序实施

·        保持高度敏感的市场嗅觉,在现有运营体系的基础上,优化运营计划,以更好地推动业务发展

任职资格:

·        本科及以上学历,5年以上市场营销工作经验,2年以上市场策划、商务洽谈及管理工作经验

·        拥有教育/培训/留学/咨询等相关行业经验者优先

·        具有大型线上及线下活动的策划、管理与实施经验并有成功案例者优先

·        出色的项目规划与管理能力,能够独立胜任复杂度高的综合活动计划与实施

·        具有优秀的团队合作精神与领导力,具有推动跨团队合作的能力

·        出色的战略思维和分析能力,有能力独立解决跨部门和跨组织的问题

·        执行力强,结果导向,注重细节,有责任心

Marketing Manager

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        Developand manage marketing plan, including integrated campaigns, industry-focusedconferences and tradeshows, online, partner marketing, account based marketingcampaigns—from launch through follow-up

·        Plan andimplement marketing activities as per the defined marketing calendar

·        Drivethe brand growth and image building through strategies andprograms

·        Developand execute marketing plans designed to maximize conversion rates and generatesales demand among prospects and within the customer base

·        Manage eventssuch as conferences, seminars and promotional campaigns, provide feedback regardingprograms effectiveness on a regular basis

·        Lead inall category analysis and competitor activities tracking

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above, with a minimum 5 years of marketingexperience

·        Experiencein planning and executing industry focused marketing plan and contentdevelopment

·        Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with differentpersonalities

·        Exceptionalstrategic thinker and analytical skills, ability to address cross-functionaland cross-organizational issues independently

·        Organizationskills and ability to prioritize tasks

·        Flexibilityand willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks

·        Businessacumen, attention to detail
