职位描述：

·        以客户需求为出发点，利用自己的专业知识、影响力、解决问题的能力等，为客户提供留学咨询

·        全面了解的客户背景条件，充分调动内外资源，为客户定制个性化的留学规划和背景提升方案，并形成清晰的报告，帮助客户增加申请竞争力、提升个人能力

·        与团队有效配合，跟踪和管理申请服务流程，解决过程中的各类问题，保证客户获得优质的服务体验和理想的申请结果

·        与老客户保持沟通，关心客户，积极帮助客户解决问题，提升客户满意度

·        持续学习和自我提升，学习专业知识和职业技能

任职资格：

·        本科及以上学历，3年以上留学咨询行业经验，具有海外留学背景者优先

·        具备优秀的沟通能力和语言表达能力，成熟自信，具有良好的服务意识

·        良好的诚信度和责任心，强烈的结果导向

·        出色的学习能力，能够快速和全面的掌握留学咨询中所具备的各项专业知识和技能

·        良好的分析能力、执行力，敢于接受困难的工作挑战

·        以客户需求和团队利益为工作导向，具备从不同角度思考问题的意识和能力

OverseasEducation Consultant (Overall Planning)

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        Provide consultingservice to clients

·        Superviseall applications and steps in the process, ensuringquality and completion

·        Assistin academic advising and planning of activities orinternships for clients

·        Assistin planning and executing marketing campaigns

·        Achieveexcellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above, at least 3 years of related working experience

·        Internationalstudy or working experience is highly preferred

·        Commitmentto education and personal development

·        Stronginterpersonal skills and communication abilities

·        Goodunderstanding of overseas education system
