职位描述:

·        所在分公司的团队建设与日常管理,包括:办公室人员架构规划、办公室人员招聘与录用、办公室相关费用审核、在办公室内监督和执行公司政策等;

·        带领分公司团队完成公司制定的业务目标;

·        老客户维护,解决客户问题,传达公司政策,并积极开发新客户;

·        确定市场开发方向,配合总部市场部指导所在分公司的市场工作;

·        帮助设定公司项目的销售方向,并随时予以相关协助;

·        管理和领导分公司团队建设,提升分公司各团队成员的综合素质和专业水平。

任职资格:

·        本科及以上学历,专业不限;

·        6年以上人力资源行业/留学行业/教育培训行业工作经验,从事过市场、销售工作为佳;

·        3年以上团队管理经验优先;

·        高度的责任心和事业心,强烈的客户服务意识,良好的团队管理能力,较高的自我要求及良好的抗压能力;

·        具备较强的领导、沟通、协调能力,较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力。

BranchManager/Partner (Beijing/Shanghai Branch)

PositionSummary:

Ensure efficient operation of the Branchto ensure customer satisfaction and projected bottom line profit. Managespersonnel issues and supervision. Maintains company standards by ensuringemployees are aware of expectations, are properly trained and are heldaccountable for their actions.

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        Hire,train and evaluate personnel

·        Maintaina high level of branch organization at all times

·        Lead thebranch team to generate and grow the business

·        Respondto clients in a professional and ethical business manner

·        Fiscaland operational responsibility for daily branch operations

·        Managebranch activities within agreed budgets and timescales

·        Plan anddirect marketing activities

·        Managethe branch within company policies and standards

·        Submitall branch reporting on time

·        Troubleshootand resolve problematic orders and customer complaints

Job Requirements:

·        Bacheloror above, at least 6 years working experience in human resourcemanagement/overseas study service industry/education and training industry

·        3 yearsof supervisory experience

·        Workeffectively with internal and external customers

·        Excellentcustomer service and employee managing skills

·        Abilityto multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy

·        Demonstratedskills in market analysis and marketing planning
