售前咨询顾问

职位描述:

·        通过电话及在线聊天工具接待客户,耐心解答客户对产品及服务的疑问

·        学习掌握行业知识,为客户提供专业的咨询服务,和有针对性的产品推荐

·        及时反馈客户需求和问题,为产品及服务的改进提供建议

·        保持在线工具和电话的畅通,积极回复客户的咨询

·        维护老客户,帮助客户协调解决服务过程中的各类问题

·        在公司经营与销售策略等方面提供相关解决方案,推动销售体系的持续完善

任职资格:

·        本科及以上学历,3年以上面向客户工作经验

·        有人力资源、猎头、留学、教育培训、咨询等相关行业经验者优先

·        具有海外留学或工作经历者优先

·        普通话标准流利,优秀的沟通和表达能力

·        有耐心,责任心强,服务意识强

·        具有良好的英语听说读写能力,无障碍阅读英文资料

SalesConsultant

PrincipalResponsibilities:

·        Increaserevenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategiesbased on valid, customer-specific value propositions

·        Provideconsulting service to clients

·        Reach andexceed sales targets

·        Assistin planning and executing marketing campaigns

·        Achieveexcellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelordegree or above, at least 3 years of customer-facing work experience

·        Workingexperience in related industry is preferred

·        Internationalstudy or working experience is preferred

·        NativeMandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills

·        Openminded, well-organized and eager to learn new skills

·        Salesoriented and target driven attitude
